If you would like to request new drains or catch basins on your road please contact 311 and describe your problem to us and it will be sent over to the Highway Department for evaluation.  The installation of new drains can be very costly and encompass many studies which may take some time before the project is completed; as a result please be sure to email us for updates on your service request.
