While the City does not maintain private roads, there is some work done before winter to ensure that emergency vehicles and plowing equipment can traverse them in winter months. In the spring, these roads may again be graded, to repair any winter damage. This work is done as time allows and on an as needed basis. Material to repair these roads is not dropped off for property owners to make repairs due to liability issues. If repairs are needed during the year, we suggest property owners pool their resources to maximize repairs.
